Tomorrow is the big day. The most important game of the year. You've been training hard for weeks to win. But then suddenly you feel anxious and have doubts about whether you can really do it... No matter whether you're an amateur or a competitive athlete - this or similar situations are experienced by everyone. Many top athletes like Tiger Woods or Michael Schumacher know that athletic success is often associated with personal willpower - to be able to stay calm in crucial moments. For many years now, they swear by mental preparation for competition with hypnosis, also known as "mental coaching". The effectiveness of this method has now even been scientifically proven and many people even outside the realm of sports have been implementing this method. "Get the Cup!" will support you in steadily improving your athletic performance and mental willpower. Led by hypnotherapist Kim Fleckenstein you will - during the hypnosis - visualize the course of your training or the competition and your way to victory. This allows you to optimize sequences of motion in your subconscious and release necessary resources needed to improve your performance. Free yourself from doubts and obstacles with the help of sports hypnosis and prepare yourself in the best way you can for success. Do not listen to this program while operating a motor vehicle or during any other activity that requires your full attention. This program does not replace a doctor or any other medical aids. The best effect can be achieved by listening to this program once a day over a period of four weeks. The audiobook consists of two chapters. You can choose either to listen to the book with a wake-up phase (chapter one) or if you wish to fall asleep just listen to chapter two. 1. Language: English. Narrator: Cathy Weber. HIV/AIDS is a major threat to the overall social, economic and political well-being of the world's population in general and Ethiopia in particular. It is a serious problem among the youths in the age group 15-24, where females are the most vulnerable groups of population. Thus, VCT is potentially effective intervention to prevent the transmission of HIV by inculcating behavioral changes. To assess knowledge, attitudes and practice towards VCT services utilization among Gimbi high school students. To arrive at the intended objective a cross sectional study is conducted in the study area among Gimbi high school students from February. Data collection was done using structured questionnaires that has mostly open-ended questions among 310 students of Gimbi high school students. The collected data were carefully tallied, tabulated, organized and then analyzed. All the respondents have good knowledge of HIV/AIDS but all of them are not implementing their full knowledge to its prevention. The findings revealed that 67.7% (210) of the sample respondents described that they know about the VCT services where as the rest 32.3% of them responded that they are not aware.
The aim of this study was to evaluate the implementation of the government policy regarding antiretroviral therapy to all qualifying HIV positive people in public health facilities at Amathole health district of the Eastern Cape Province. There has never been a detailed research study conducted in Amathole health district regarding the said subject. The constitution of the republic of South Africa in chapter two section twenty seven prescribes that the state must make access to health, food and security a reality. Hence the provision of antiretroviral therapy to HIV positive people acts as a response to constitutional imperatives of guaranteeing fundamental human rights. The literature review explored extensively on the models used in implementing antiretroviral therapy programmes globally. From those tested models elsewhere, it was evident that South Africa has one of the best models in implementing HIV&,AIDS treatment programmes notwithstanding some challenges cited in chapter one of the study. This evaluation of the antiretroviral therapy implementation assisted in the establishment of the real facts about successful access of treatment to deserving communities.
